Asian Art Museum reveals “Masterpieces in Context”

As the museum’s transformation gets underway (part of WHY’s ongoing work at AAM) – the museum has revealed the concept for its new third floor galleries: “Masterpieces in Context,” a new approach to the display and interpretation of the most significant works in the collection. When the museum’s third-floor galleries reopen at the end of the year, visitors will find nine key works presented in ways that will expand understanding and deepen appreciation of the AAM’s extensive collection.
